Stories of PSNP Beneficiaries

This Video is a show case of PSNP’S experience in East, West Harerge and Dire Dawa for the Rural Productivity Safe Net Programme implemented under the coordination of the Ministry of Agriculture. PSNP beneficiaries have access to cash and food transfer. In doing so, ably bodied people get access to such benefits through engaging them in productive activities while disabled people get through direct transfer.

The beneficiaries featured in this video dwell on:

• National resources management
• Infrastructure development and
• Community empowerment interventions.

To this end, communities in East, West Harerghie and Dire Dawa have managed to rehabilitate degraded lands and making them use for productive purposes for improving their living conditions.
Hence, through different livelihood improvement programmes beneficiaries particularly women have been able to improve their living conditions and be able to relief from their work load.
